Mental Health and COVID-19
With the Coronavirus outbreak, we are all facing an unknown situation that is bringing so much uncertainty into our lives. We are finding ourselves coping with emotions that range from stress to grief, from worries about our loved ones to the difficulty of isolation and for many also financial hardship. We decided to respond to all this by offering open, live sessions on FB, in several countries and languages, capitals as well as refugee camps to discuss these any other questions people may have so that we all keep and protect our mental wellbeing. Every week we will discuss different topics and ways to cope with the crisis. Keeping a healthy mind also keeps a healthy body.
